Where is BEAUMA made?  BEAUMA is an Irish fragrance house. Our fragrances are developed and produced in Ireland.

Where do you ship?  We currently ship primarily to Ireland, the European Union and the United Kingdom.

How long will my order take?  Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days. Delivery times vary by destination. Please see our Shipping & Delivery page for current estimates.

Can I try a fragrance before buying a full bottle? [INSERT YOUR SAMPLING POLICY.]

How should I wear perfume? Apply fragrance to the skin, preferably to areas where the skin is warm, such as the wrists, front and back of the neck or behind the ears. Avoid rubbing the fragrance into the skin, as this can alter the way it develops.

How long does a BEAUMA fragrance last? Longevity varies according to the fragrance, your skin, the amount applied and environmental conditions. We formulate our fragrances for a considered, evolving presence rather than a single fixed moment.

Can I return perfume if I have opened it? Because perfume is a cosmetic product, opened or unsealed fragrance may not be eligible for return. Please see our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.

Are BEAUMA fragrances vegan? [INSERT ANSWER.]

Are BEAUMA fragrances cruelty-free?  [INSERT ANSWER — only make a claim that you can substantiate.]

Do your fragrances contain allergens?  Perfume naturally contains fragrance materials including essential oils and synthetics, some of which are recognised allergens. We develop our perfumes in accordance with EU regulations and following IFRA (International Fragrance Association) best practice recommendations. The full ingredient list for each fragrance is provided with the product information and on the packaging. Please check the ingredient list carefully if you have a known sensitivity.

How should I store my perfume?  Keep your fragrance tightly closed and store it away from direct sunlight, excessive heat and significant fluctuations in temperature. A cool, dark place is ideal.
