Refunds and Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your BEAUMA purchase.
If you have changed your mind about an online purchase, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
How to make a return
Please contact us at [orders@beauma.ie] within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number, the name used for the order, the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for your return (if you would like to tell us). We will then provide you with the return instructions.
Products should be returned securely packaged and, where applicable, in their original condition.
Fragrance and opened products
For reasons of hygiene and product integrity, we cannot accept the return of perfume that has been opened, used or unsealed where the law permits us to exclude such goods from the right to cancel.
This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Faulty or damaged goods
If your BEAUMA purchase arrives damaged or you believe there is a problem with the product, please contact us as soon as possible at [orders@beauma.ie], ideally including photographs of the product and packaging.
We will assess the problem and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund using the original payment method.
Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel, we will refund the purchase price and the standard delivery charge originally paid, subject to applicable law. Any additional cost arising from your choice of a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.
Refunds will normally be made within [14] days in accordance with applicable consumer law.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning an item unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, or applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
