2. Our products
We take care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs and fragrance information are accurate. However, because fragrance is experienced differently by each person, descriptions of scent, character and performance are necessarily subjective.
We reserve the right to make minor changes to products, packaging or presentation where necessary, provided that such changes do not materially alter the product purchased.
3. Prices
All prices displayed on the website are in EUR and include applicable VAT.
Delivery charges are displayed separately before you complete your purchase.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect an order that we have already accepted.
4. Ordering
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected.
Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation.
If we are unable to accept your order, we will contact you and refund any payment made.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a genuine reason to do so, including an obvious pricing or product error, suspected fraudulent activity, or inability to supply the product.
5. Payment
Payment is made through the payment methods displayed at checkout.
Payment must be received before your order is dispatched.
6. Delivery
We currently ship primarily to Ireland, the EU and the UK.
Delivery estimates and charges are provided at checkout and on our Shipping & Delivery page.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates where delays arise through circumstances outside our reasonable control.
7. Returns and cancellation
Consumers have statutory rights when purchasing goods online, including applicable rights to cancel a distance contract.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
8. Damaged or faulty products
If a product arrives damaged, faulty or materially different from the product ordered, please contact us at [orders@beauma.ie].
We will deal with the matter in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
9. Intellectual property
All content appearing on the BEAUMA website, including text, photography, graphics, logos, artwork, designs and other material, is owned by or licensed to BEAUMA unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit our content without our prior written permission.
10. Website use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
11. Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the website and its information accurate and available. However, we cannot guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
We remain responsible for the statutory rights applicable to goods supplied to consumers.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.
Where you are a consumer resident in another jurisdiction, you may also have mandatory consumer protections under the laws of that jurisdiction which cannot lawfully be excluded.
